    NESA through MarkManager is collecting your personal information in accordance with NSW privacy legislation [1], in order to respond to your enquiry.  The information will only be accessed by authorised staff of NESA and its contracting partner LANSA Pty Ltd. The information will not be given to any other person or agency unless it is required by law, or you provide your consent.

  • Provision of your personal information is voluntary.  However, if you do not provide the information, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.


NESA’s Privacy Management Plan contains information about how you can access and seek correction of your personal information, how to complain about a breach of privacy and how we will deal with such a complaint.
